FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All products are made to order so there may be small variations from product to product. Everything that’s sent out goes through me (Tim) and I’m my harshest critic so I strive to only send out items I would be happy to receive. Colours can offer some issues when viewing on a screen rather than in real life but we do try and keep our product images as close as we can to what they actually are.
All orders will have a conformation email sent to them. If you haven’t had anything then checking any junk folders you may have with your email service is always a good place to start but any issues just let us know and we can always resend or confirm your order details. If you have registered for an account then you can also view your order information once logged into the site at the following link.
It’s always a good idea to get in touch with us and either let us know there is an issue or you would like to exchange and we will always do our best to help and get any issues resolved as soon as we can.
We ship all over the world but if you any reason you can’t see the location you would like something sent to from the list in the checkout just let us know and we will do our best to resolve it.
