A standard post and packaging charge of £2.99 is payable on all orders on this website. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Second Class Tracked service 1-3 days expected delivery. Our postage prices apply only to UK, BFPO and Channel Island addresses. For deliveries to EU countries, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to advise you, where delivery is possible, about the cost and estimated delivery time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please allow five working days before querying a non-delivery. Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take longer. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. If you are unlikely to be in to sign for the parcel, please specify an alternate delivery address where a signature can be made.
Returns & Exchange
Returns & Replacements The goods that we supply are checked prior to being dispatched but in the event that any product purchased from our website proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund.
