The finishing of these mugs is not factory manufactured as each mug is individually produced by the designer on order. This may add slight imperfections to the products that only add to the uniqueness of each individual mug. Mugs are dishwasher safe but we recommend a none abrasive hand washing method to ensure longevity.
A standard post and packaging charge of £2.99 is payable on all orders on this website. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked service 1-3 days expected delivery. Orders over £40 are sent post free. Smaller items such as coasters and greetings cards will be charged at a cheaper rate of postage when ordered separately. Our postage prices apply only to UK, BFPO and Channel Island addresses. For deliveries to EU countries, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to advise you, where delivery is possible, about the cost and estimated delivery time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please allow five working days before querying a non-delivery. Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take longer. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. If you are unlikely to be in to sign for the parcel, please specify an alternate delivery address where a signature can be made.
