The finishing of these mugs is not factory manufactured as each mug is individually produced by the designer on order. This may add slight imperfections to the products that only add to the uniqueness of each individual mug. Mugs are dishwasher safe but we recommend a none abrasive hand washing method to ensure longevity.
We have contacted Specialized UK regarding this product and they have granted permission and fully support JMC as well as the Rideforcharlie foundation.
